Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our production facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

This is a hands-on role working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and fluid systems in a food production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Maintain and support packaging and processing machinery
• Install, modify, and upgrade manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Complete maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment documentation
• Maintain proper inventory of parts and maintenance supplies
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
• Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with production, packaging, and process equipment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CMMS systems a plus)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and reaching
• Work around moving machinery, temperature changes, and food production environments (heat, steam, cold)
• Exposure to dust, allergens, and industrial conditions
